INITIAL CONTACT 

Once you've sprinkled your sparkle on that application and sent it soaring into the digital ether, one of our charming admin wizards will pop into your inbox, ready to sprinkle some fairy dust of guidance on your adoption escapade! Just a cheeky reminder: our rescue is a bit like a three-ring circus, complete with fabulous volunteers who juggle their day jobs and families. A sprinkle of patience from you would be utterly delightful! 

HOME CHECK

 Prepare to dazzle in the home check! This is our chance to meet you – almost like a reality show, only with fewer cameras and more wagging tails! If you’re near one of our fabulous admin stars, they might even drop by for a quick chinwag. We'll confirm that your furry friend will leap into just the right setting! Don’t forget to whip out a proof of address and a fun little photo ID – we want to make sure it’s really you and not a dashing super spy like James Bond! 

APPLICATION/HOME CHECK REVIEW 

Now, the pièce de résistance: the grand matchmaking! We'll take all the sparkly details from your application and home check and pair them with your future furry friend’s unique needs. Just a furry little tip-off: our dogs are fresh from the wild and kind of like blank canvases - picture them as adorable puppies with absolutely no clue about home living. Toilet training? Let’s just say they’re yet to unleash their inner genius on that front! 

ADOPTION DEPOSIT AND TRANSPORT 

Hooray, you’ve been given the green light for adoption! To secure your new furry pal, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of £150—not a penny less! And yes, there are some contracts to tick off too! You’ll be welcomed into our delightful group chat filled with admin elves, rescuers, and fellow adopters, all buzzing with excitement. Once your new buddy is all ready to romp home and the deposit is snug as a bug, we’ll make sure they prepare for their splendid debut from the rescue. Then it’s time for the legendary Happy Bus extravaganza! Depending on how ready your pup is, this thrilling journey from getting the green light to traveling can take anywhere from a jolly 4 to 8 weeks. Just remember, full payment is needed two weeks prior to their grand departure, or else it’s a cheery wave goodbye to their getaway—the deposit will vanish like magic! When the stars align, your fabulous furball will embark on the joyous HAPPY BUS adventure to the UK, arriving fresh and sprightly right at your doorstep! Living on the charming Isle of Wight? No problem! We’ll set up a special meet-and-greet at Portsmouth or Southampton, just for you!
