MOZART
Mozart
Character traits: resilient • loyal • people-oriented • grateful
Mozart is an 8-year-old sweetheart who has shown incredible bravery and kindness despite a lifetime of hardship. He spent all his years chained outside, living in a broken, makeshift dog house that leaked whenever it rained. He often slept soaking wet, shivered through the winters, and survived on stale bread and leftovers.
Yet—even after everything—Mozart always greeted people with a wagging tail and a smile.
He loves other dogs and has been interacting wonderfully with them at the kennels. There were no cats where he previously lived, but we can happily cat-test him on request.

His Rescue Story
Mozart was taken as a puppy by someone who believed dogs should live their whole lives outside on a chain. He spent eight long years crying to be part of a family, longing for affection and the simple joy of a walk. The only kindness he knew came from a compassionate neighbour who secretly fed him and took him for walks whenever she could.
Despite her efforts, his owner stubbornly refused to let him be rehomed—until just recently.
Thanks to the persistence of an animal rights activist, Mozart was finally released and brought to safety in kennels. For the first time in his life, he is warm, cared for, and waiting for the loving family he has always deserved.
If you’re looking for a loyal best friend for life, Mozart is your boy.
